Create secure “upload-only” folders:
Allow others to send you files but not be able to see the files sent by others. Multiple clients can access the same folder and securely send files/photos/documents without being able to see files sent by others. Great for accountants to receive tax-return data, medical offices to receive new-patient forms, lawyers to allow clients to send sensitive case files. Upload-only folders can be publicly accessible or password-protected.
Create secure “read-write” folders for 2-way file sharing:
Create folders for a specific client which allows you and your client to send and receive files. Accountants can gather data from a client then securely send back a completed tax return; medical offices can share patient data with a specialist; lawyers can share case files with their client in a secure environment. Read-write folders can be publicly accessible or password-protected.
Use File-Manager on your Windows-PC or Finder on your MAC … total simplicity:
For total simplicity, on your Windows-PC or MAC, you can use File Manager to maintain your files and folders. For instance, you may use Excel or Word, a graphics program, Adobe-Acrobat, etc., use your standard file Open, Save, New Document, New Folder and other commands to control the files and folders. Your files and folders may be Internet-accessible but you can still work on them the same way you are already used to for total simplicity. Your client may send you a word-processing document and without any added work, just open it in a program like Word, make your changes, save the file … and that’s it, your client can then retrieve your edited copy the same way with no extra steps. Did we say “total simplicity”, we really meant it.
