Refunds and Returns Policy
We are reasonable people. If something genuinely does not work as described, contact us. If you bought software, used it, copied it, changed your mind, and now want a refund because Mercury is in retrograde, that is probably not a refund situation.
EECONS sells digital products, software, licenses, and technology services. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited to cases where the product cannot be delivered, cannot be activated, or does not function as described after reasonable support efforts.
For downloadable software and license-based products, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Before approving a refund, EECONS may request diagnostic information and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed for compatibility issues caused by unsupported third-party themes, plugins, server configurations, custom code, or user modifications outside the documented product requirements.
Custom software development, consulting, configuration, hosting, email services, cloud services, and completed labor are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Approved refunds may result in license deactivation, loss of updates, and loss of support access for the refunded product.
