Refunds and Returns Policy

Please review the following policy before purchasing EECONS digital products.

EECONS sells digital software products, license keys, and related digital services. Because these products are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once a license key, download, or digital access has been issued.

Refunds may be considered when a product cannot be activated, downloaded, or used as described, provided the customer contacts support and allows EECONS a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Refunds are generally not provided for installation issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting configurations, unsupported WordPress versions, unsupported WooCommerce versions, or customer preference after successful delivery.

To request a refund, contact support with your order number, purchase email address, product name, and a description of the issue.
