Technical support has been a specialty of ours for over 40 years. Anyone who can turn on a computer and do a Windows install will call themselves an expert, and some are, most are not. There are 2 slogans we like, take them humorously or seriously, but they do say a lot:
1) You are best off with the worst software and the best support over the best software with the worst support
2) If others can fix it, you don’t need us
The 2nd one, sure, a bit facetious but if you have a good tech support group (or person), use them, they are hard to come by. If your tech support can’t solve your system issues, or your really good support has a problem that’s just over their heads, that’s when it’s a really good time to contact us. We’re happy to work side-by-side with your tech people to solve specific problems.
As for number 1, if you’re not happy with the support you’re getting, that’s a great time to contact us.
